General

Geller provides this website as is, and may change or withdraw content without notice.

By making a purchase on this website, you agree that details provided to us are accurate, and that you are the owner of the debit / credit card used to make payment.

EPOSEssentials.com and EPOSEssentials.co.uk in their entirety is the property of Geller Business Machines, and may not be copied, reproduced, sold, resold, or otherwise used for any purpose.

User accounts

You are fully responsible for all actions taken under your account and are only authorised to use the site with your own username and password. You may not sell or transfer your username to any third party, nor permit anyone else to use your user account.
You are solely responsible for the security of your user account.
Geller Business Machines reserves the right to cancel or suspend user accounts without notice.

 

Ordering

Ordering from Geller EPOS Essentials is easy. Choose the items you require and click 'Add to cart'. When you are finished, click on the 'checkout' button to finalise and pay for your order.
After you have made payment you will receive an automated email confirming your order. We will email you again when your order has been dispatched.

Dispatch

Orders received before midday for products that do not require modification will be dispatched by our overnight delivery service and, in normal circumstances, will arrive during the following working day.
Units which require modification - for example cables terminated to your special request - will normally be dispatched next working day.

Carriage

A carriage charge of £10 is applied to each order (£20 outside of Mainland UK). It is, obviously, more economical for you to order everything you need at the same time.

Warranty

All Geller branded products carry a 3 year warranty. Other products carry warranties of between 1 and 5 years according to the manufacturer.

Returns

If you receive an incorrect, damaged or faulty item, please email services@geller.co.uk. If you contact us within 14 days of despatch, we will give you an RMA (Returned Merchandise Authorisation) number, send you a replacement and arrange collection of the faulty item. After 14 days, you need to return the unit to us (carriage payable by you) and we will repair or replace it under the terms of the warranty. Please note that returns are your responsibility until we receive them. We cannot take responsibility for returns that are lost or delayed in transit to us.

Refunds and Credits

Goods ordered in error or found to be surplus to your requirements may be returned subject to a 20% restocking charge. Return carriage is payable by you.

Specifications

Specifications are correct when we put them on the website. However, changes occur from time to time. If the specification is critical, please check with us when you place your order.
